- Product packaging must be intact.
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Proof of purchase/order details will be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when you receive it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn jewelry/accessories
- Products damaged after delivery
- Sale items or discounted products
- Items without original packaging
Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will help you with an exchange after verification.
Refund Policy
For eligible returns, refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or other available methods.
